Hello dreamers!
This update changes two things (I hope):
- When new players start the game, it should now automatically scale the game window to the largest size that fits. (This shouldn't affect existing players, who will launch in the last window scale they played with.)
- The detection zone on the boss's wigglies should now actually be centered on the sprite, whereas previously it extended from the very topleft corner of said sprite. I also adjusted the radius of said detection zone.
I'm happy to report that butler only needed to issue a 1.04 MiB patch for this update. 0.1 to 0.1.0.1 had to reupload almost the entire game. This is probably because I changed project settings enough to fundamentally alter how Godot saved the executable; hopefully that won't be a thing in the future.
I saved an HTML5 version of this build, but I don't think it's possible to both embed HTML5 into a page and have a downloadable executable for the same game. The player would have to download the HTML5, and then it wouldn't work because it isn't running on a properly-configured web server.
